From booking, to changing reserved items, updates in pricing due to our tax exempt status, and ease of delivery and pick-up, everything went great! This is the second year in a row we have used Bouncing on Air for our school event, and they were so easy to work with and have always been very reliable. When planning an event I trust Bouncing on Air to deliver on what they promise. Highly satisfied with our experience.

I like renting through this company .. just wish there was more 7 in ones available .. I had to reschedule an event and always rent the 7 in one … I had to get something different though bc it wasn’t available … customer service is always top notch and super flexible but prob wouldn’t rent again unless that is available

Dave was so patient with us. Being a school, there can be A LOT of red tape to get through and he did it effortlessly even when we kept throwing hurdles at him. Using you will a staple for our schools for years to come.

The crew came to setup the bounce house on time when they said they would be there. Setup took no time and it was ready to play in. Pick up was a breeze and took 10/15 mins. We would definitely book again.

Joshua was absolutely amazing and super nice! Our guests had a blast on the bull. Bouncing on air was great with communication the day of due to a possible chance of rain, and once we were in the clear for weather, Joshua showed up at the promised time and got everything set up and ready to go. Very professional and very nice!

Customer service was excellent! Everyone I spoke to on the phone did an amazing job and made me feel very confident in my choice to rent from this company. The crew came early, called to confirm it was ok to drop off, and did a great job. They picked up and broke down everything in a great manner. Would love to rent from them again!

Everything went smooth. The crew was here at 8 am to set up, cleaned the bouncehouse and were very friendly. The bounce house was very nice and clean! Huge hit for my daughter's 5th Birthday party! Would definitely recommend!

The kids really enjoyed the bounce house. They had amazing time with different activities for each kid to play with. The Bounce House was exactly like the pictures showed. Very clean and sturdy for the kids. The owner and crew were very friendly, very professional and courtesy. The owners kept un touch even though his busy schedule. Thanks for everything.
