Safety
Every bounce house or inflatable should be anchored properly whether it's with a large (minimum size) 1" by 18" double headed stakes or sand bags. Also, the entrances and exits should have impact tested mats 4' around those areas. We deliver safe bounce houses that are clean, fully insured, and by carrying the guaranteed best rental prices in Orchard Park.
Delivery
We have FREE delivery to Orchard Park, plus we are on time, set up, clean, and properply achor the unit. At delivery you will be serviced with courtesy, politeness, and kindness. Our incredible staff will go over the safety rules specific to that bounce house with you.
Insurance
We are insured above New York state limits for the bounce house industry. Not only are we insured but every item in our inventory is included on our insurance policy.

Cancellations
You have one (1) day prior to your event to cancel an order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be given only if cancellation is received 1 day prior to the event or if weather conditions (see below) are unacceptable. If you cancel after the 1 day mark you will lose $50.
You have the option of rescheduling (to a later date within 6 months as long as its cancelled within the 1 day cancellation policy) and in this case you will lose $0.
Bad Weather (Wind, Rain, Snow, Mud, etc.)
Incredible Bounce will not setup equipment in rain, snow, high wind, or muddy conditions. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church or school gym).
In the event of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 8 hours prior to the event and receive a full refund.
If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, mud) you will receive a 75% refund.
Once setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.
