Below you will find important safety, delivery, weather, and cancellation information regarding bounce house rentals as well as pricing on most of our inflatables.
Safety
Every bounce house or inflatable should be anchored properly whether it’s with a large (minimum size) 1″ by 18″ double headed stakes or sand bags. Also, the entrances and exits should have impact tested mats 4′ around those areas. We deliver safe bounce houses that are clean, fully insured, and by carrying the guaranteed best rental prices in Irving.
Delivery
We have a $50 delivery fee to Irving, plus we are on time, set up, clean, and properly anchor the unit. At delivery, you will be serviced with courtesy, politeness, and kindness. Our incredible staff will go over the safety rules specific to that bounce house with you.

Cancellations
You have one (1) day prior to your event to cancel an order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be given only if cancellation is received 1 day prior to the event or if weather conditions (see below) are unacceptable. If you cancel after the 1 day mark you will lose $50.
You have the option of rescheduling (to a later date within 6 months as long as its cancelled within the 1 day cancellation policy) and in this case you will lose $0.
Bad Weather (Wind, Rain, Snow, Mud, etc.)
Incredible Bounce will not setup equipment in rain, snow, high wind, or muddy conditions. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church or school gym).
In the event of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 8 hours prior to the event and receive a full refund.
If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, mud) you will receive a 75% refund.
Once setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.

Josh and his team have been great! We have rented from them about 4x now and each experience has been great. They are very reasonable in price, accommodating, hassle-free, and very flexible for set-up/pick-up. They also wipe down and clean each inflatable and leave landing mats in front of the bounce house or in front of slides to help prevent injuries. We will continue to rent from for all of our events!
