Bounce House Rentals East Aurora - Incredible Bounce  

Incredible Bounce rents bounce houses, combo bounce & slides, water slides, interactive games and more for your backyard birthdays, picnics, school functions, sporting events, and corporate events and more in East Aurora NY. We have tents tables and chairs to package with your inflatable rental. Incredible Bounce is committed to providing the best customer service in East Aurora and surrounding areas. 

Cancellations
You have one (1) day prior to your event to cancel an order to receive a full refund. Refunds will be given only if cancellation is received 1 day prior to the event or if weather conditions (see below) are unacceptable. If you cancel after the 1 day mark you will lose $50.

You have the option of rescheduling (to a later date within 6 months as long as its cancelled within the 1 day cancellation policy) and in this case you will lose $0. 

Bad Weather (Wind, Rain, Snow, Mud, etc.)
Incredible Bounce  will not setup equipment in rain, snow, high wind, or muddy conditions. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church or school gym).

In the event of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 8 hours prior to the event and receive a full refund.

If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, mud) you will receive a 75% refund.

Once setup, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable, even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.
